Wendy provides a great variety of workouts.  They are challenging and fun.  I was never into working out before.  Wendy has changed all that expressing the importance of a workout regime not only for your physical well being but mental.  Every workout I feel like I’ve got my butt kicked and handed to me but it was well worth it. I am seeing results mentally, physically and the camaraderie we as a group have in each other is amazing.  Wendy is an absolute warrior and I am proud to call her my trainer!

I’ve participated in multiple workout platforms over the years, Wendy has one of the best total body workouts I’ve found.   She is always willing to work with her campers/clients to ensure that they are successful and have options if a traditional exercise for you.
I’m not going to lie….  you will have a love hate relationship with her bootcamp style workouts… they never get easier, but you will get stronger.

What is a Fitness Boot Camp?
A fitness boot camp is a group workout program designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness through a mix of cardio, strength training, and functional movements. Boot camp class combines structured, athletic-inspired drills with team-based motivation and a no-excuses mindset. Wendy is, to say the least, is an AMAZING trainer! She gets to know you on a personal level so she can better help you with YOUR workout plan! She is understanding, caring, encouraging and is there for you throughout your entire health journey. She would incorporate her workouts with the right amount of strength and cardio. I gained muscle in areas I did not know existed. She would push you where she knew you needed get to the next level and encourage you all the way. Let’s talk about her care on a personal level. She cared deeply for you as a person. Would follow up on you to make sure you had all the tools to live the healthy life style you wanted. If you were going through any personal issues, she was there to give you a hug or what ever you needed. She made you feel like family. There were even times she would let us know that she has a “fun” workout for us. My experience with Wendy has made a great impact on how I feel about my workouts.
