ONLINE LIVE CLASS DESCRIPTION
Monday = Total Body Conditioning 1pm EST
Total Body Conditioning is a full body workout that is a combination of cardio and strength training.
Equipment you will need: Dumbbells various sizes (light, medium & heavy weights)
Tuesday = Strength/Leg Day 1pm EST
The name says it all. Leg Day Strength workout focuses is on your Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes Oh MY.. Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts and more.
Equipment you will need: Dumbbells various sizes (light, medium & heavy weights)
Optional equipment- Weight Bench, Plyo Box, Barbell, Circle Resistance band
Thursday= Strength/Upper Body Day 1pm EST
Upper Body Strength workout focuses is on your Chest, Back, Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders. Working Push & Pull motions
Equipment you will need: Dumbbells various sizes (light, medium & heavy weights)
Optional equipment- Weight Bench, Plyo Box, Barbell, Circle Resistance band
On-Demand Class Description:
Total Body Conditioning, Strength Leg Day & Upper Body see above descriptions.
Pilates - 45 Minutes of Mat Pilates. A total body, low impact workout that focuses on strengthening & lengthening your muscles working on your core balance.
Equipment used depending on the workout: Yoga Mat, light dumbbells (2-5lbs), Circle Resistance Band, Pilates Ball/Yoga Block, & Pilates Ring
Cycle- 30 Minutes of straight cardio on a spin/cycle style bike. Various intensity.
Equipment needed: Cycle Bike
Mobility/Stretching - 30 Minutes to get your body moving, mobile and feeling stretched out. This 30 minute workout will have you feeling great afterwards and muscle nice & loose.
